This project involved the refurbishment of a three-level facility spanning approximately 1,500m², delivered across two stages.

The upgraded spaces included laboratories, classrooms, and

amenities, designed to meet modern functional and compliance

standards. Our scope covered the complete fitout of acoustic

plasterboard walls, ceilings, glazing, and doors, ensuring

superior acoustic performance and a high-quality finish throughout. The works also included the installation of seismic restraints for added structural integrity and a perforated feature ceiling to enhance both aesthetics and acoustic comfort.In addition, the project incorporated the construction of fire-rated walls and shafts, along with the installation of fire-rated doors, ensuring the facility met all required fire safety and compliance standards.
